Welcome and thank you for visiting my website. All "Silver and Earth" jewelry is my own original design and handcrafted by me in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA. I pride myself on producing quality pieces, with attention to detail, and providing you with excellent customer service. All items are ready to ship and you will receive the exact piece featured in the photos (unless otherwise noted in the item's description). My shop policies are posted below. Payments are accepted with all major credit cards via PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment system. Payments are made using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, the latest in data encryption and anti-fraud technology. We do not see or have access to your credit card number or any of your financial information.

► Even without a PayPal account, you can still make a payment with a major credit card. After you submit your order, the payment page will appear and you will see the option to pay with either PayPal or a credit card.

If paying by E-check, your order will be shipped once PayPal confirms the funds are valid and payment has cleared.

Please note: New Mexico residents will be charged state sales tax upon checkout.




Once the payment clears, your package will ship within 3-5 days of your finalized purchase. Every effort will be made to ship even sooner, if possible.


Purchases are shipped USPS First Class Mail, with Delivery Tracking. Once the order is processed, I will email you the tracking number, so we both will have a record of when the package is delivered.

USPS First Class mail is typically delivered within 3-5 days, after mailing. If you need expedited shipping, please contact me prior to checking out, so I can research alternate shipping options. Your invoice will be adjusted to reflect the upgraded shipping charges.

** Please confirm your shipping address with PayPal to ensure that your package will be sent to the correct address. I will only ship to the address that appears on the invoice. I cannot be responsible (or issue refunds) for packages that are lost due to an incomplete or incorrect address. Buyers are responsible for any re-shipment fees for packages that are returned due to an incorrect address.



***** INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING UPDATE AS OF 9/25/2021. Unfortunately, shipping to Australia and New Zealand is temporarily disabled due to USPS and UPS suspending operations there due to service disruptions. Shipping to Canada is NOT affected.

At this time, this site is setup for shipping within the United States and select international countries. (Canada, Australia and New Zealand). However, I do ship internationally. If you are an international customer and your country isn't listed, please contact me with your shipping address - so I can research shipping options for your particular region.

International items are shipped USPS First Class International Shipping, which to some countries could take up to 2 weeks to receive your package.

 ► Note to Australia customers: Depending on the size of your order, it will be shipped either USPS First Class or Priority Mail. The USPS Postal Service requires jewelry be shipped using Priority Mail International service, in order to be covered by insurance. So depending on the total cost of your order, the shipping method will vary. This is for your safety and protection, so I can insure the shipment, file a claim in your behalf (should a package go missing), and also comply with USPS Postal regulations. So for each additional item you add to one package, the shipping charges will need to be adjusted to compensate for this additional shipping expense, as Priority Mail costs more than First Class mail.

PLEASE NOTE:  Following the US Customs Law, all items are declared as "Merchandise" (along with the currency value) on the customs form. The Customs declaration number will be emailed to you letting you know your package has shipped.

DUTIES & FEES:  International buyers are responsible for paying all duties, customs charges, VAT charges and any fees that may apply to their specific country.

Depending upon your country, it is possible that your order may be held at your local post office for pick up rather than delivered straight to your door. Sometimes this is done because the recipient is not home when the delivery attempt was made, or when customs fees are due. Typically, the postal service will leave a notice that delivery was attempted. It is strongly encouraged for buyers to monitor the progress of their order using the tracking information provided.

Parcels that have not been collected will eventually be returned to the sender. Recently, the USPS enacted a new rule that uncollected packages may require a return shipping charge. Please be advised that if you don't collect your package, and it is returned to me, and I incur a reverse shipping charge - that full amount will be deducted from your refund - assuming the package is returned safely to me and all items are in their original condition. Damaged or missing items / packages are not eligible for a refund.




My hope is that you will be delighted with your purchase. In the event you are not, I will refund the original purchase price. Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, it is not eligible for a refund and will be returned to sender.

► Returns or exchanges require prior authorization. You must notify me within FOUR days of receipt of your package to arrange for a return or exchange. Please do not return items without prior authorization. Items returned without prior authorization are NOT eligible for a refund.

► Returns/exchanges must be shipped back within SEVEN days after receiving authorization to qualify for a refund. All returns *MUST* include a delivery tracking number as proof of mailing. Please email me with the tracking number, so I will know when to expect the package and we both can track the return shipment. For your safety and protection, please insure the returned package, as I cannot issue a refund for items that get lost or damaged in transit while on its way back to me.

► Returned items must be sent back unworn, in their original condition, and sent back with ALL packaging materials and in the original jewelry box. Buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Once the item is received back in its original condition, I will promptly issue your refund.

CUSTOMERS LOCATED IN EU: In accordance with the European Union Directive on Consumer Rights, customers located in EU must notify me within 14 days of receipt of package if they plan on returning an item. After this time frame, no returns will be accepted.




Your order will arrive in a jewelry box with artful wrapping and packaging. If you are sending the item as a gift, I gladly gift wrap at no additional charge. Leave a note in the "Order Comments" section at checkout and let me know what type of occasion, so I can wrap it accordingly. I will also include a card with your personal message to the recipient. You can include your personal message along with your gift wrap request on the order page.
