This pendant necklace features a natural lapis lazuli gemstone accented with a handcrafted sterling silver bail. The stone has a beautiful blue hue along with a subtle matrix of natural inclusions. MEASUREMENTS: Pendant measures 2" in length and 1-1/8" at widest point. I created a sterling silver bail to surround the stone and then wrapped it securely with sterling silver wire. The metal was lightly hammered for an earthy, organic texture; then given a charcoal patina to enhance the rich detail. It comes on a 20" stainless steel rope chain necklace with lobster claw closure.
