This necklace features a gorgeous green rhyolite jasper stone accented with a handcrafted copper bail. The stone has a natural pattern in earthy hues of green and brown with subtle streaks of rusty orange. Unique and one-of-a-kind, it will make a great gift for a natural stone lover -- or a great addition to your own jewelry collection.
MEASUREMENTS: Pendant measures 3” in length (from top of bail to bottom of stone) and 1-1/2” at widest point of stone. I created a bail out of solid copper sheet; hammered it for an organic texture; then oxidized, buffed and polished it to enhance the detail. It comes on a copper chain with a sturdy *easy to fasten* hook & eye closure. The chain can be worn with other pendants -- so it is like getting 2 pieces of jewelry in one! The metal was sealed with jeweler's wax to resist tarnishing.
